Hey Everyone!
Today I have some Feb Faves to share with you guys. I barely bought any new products this month so I was really just using up some things that I've recently neglected. Let's get started!
Mascara:
Benefit Bad Gal Lash Mascara
So up until recently I was using Urban Decay's Supercurl Curling Mascara, and that gave a nice lift to my lashes, but in terms of volume I wasn't that impressed. So I tried Benefit's Bad Gal, and I love it! It gives great volume, perfect length, one of my favourite mascaras ever! :D
Eyeliner:
Another Benefit Product! (Yes, I love Benefit). So, I won't go on about it cause I just did a review, so you can check it out here if you're interested: http://candrmakeup.blogspot.com/2012/02/review-benefit-magic ink-liquid.html
Blush:
Maybelline ExperWear Blush in Peach:
This is a lovely bronzey-baked-shimmery-peach blush (note: the pic above isn't the colour I'm talking about). I like dusting this just under my cheekbones for a nice shimmery effect. I know people normally put blush on the apples of their cheeks but I'm not a fan of that look on myself. This is a really reasonably priced blush, and it has a nice colour payoff. It's not nearly as pricey as MAC, but you get a really decent blush for the price.
Tinted Moisturiser:
Garnier BB Cream:
I'm kinda lazy with face makeup, and I barely bother with a full concealer/foundation look so sometimes in the mornings I just apply a bit of this. It's really hydrating, and a little goes a long way. It evens out my skintone, but if you tend to like medium to full coverage I don't think you'd like this. It gives a nice healthy glow, but isn't cakey at all.
I haven't really been using many other products, and as far as things like eyeshadows, concealers, and foundations - well, I've just been neglecting them! (Just like to mention Urban Decay's Buck Eyeshadow - I've been liking sweeping that into my crease to add a bit of dimension to my eye but I didn't want to do a full post on that!)
Thanks everyone!
